It is of great importance to use appropriate tools and proper methods to clean as well as maintain your Airsoft gun. Before starting to clean your gun, the first thing that you are supposed to do is to remove the charger. Then fire all the bullets in the chamber until it is empty. After confirming that the chamber is empty, remove the battery.

AEG and Gas Airsoft Guns Maintenance is necessary because it is what that keeps the gun working properly for a long time. When cleaning do not forget put the gun in a single shot mode, after doing this you are now ready to start the cleaning. First, start with the barrel, when cleaning the barrel you are going to use a stick with a beveled end, which is incorporated with the gun. Use the stick to remove any blocked BBs that are in the barrel. Now here comes the tricky part, insert the stick with a beveled end slowly and steadily through the angular side. As you do this, make sure the BB drops down through the feeder. After you are done removing the pellets that were stuck, you are now through and it is time to clean the internal.

When cleaning the internal part of the barrel, take a piece of cotton wool and put a few drops of alcohol on it. Do this on the other end of the stick, then clean the dirt that is on the wall of the barrel. Afterwards, remove the piece of cotton and replace it with a cloth that is lubricated with silicone oil. Then slowly and with a lot of care move the stick through the barrel until it reaches a point that it remains below the hop up. Keep repeating the process until when the cloth will come out clean, and then spray the interior part of the barrel using silicon. After all this is done, you now have your gas Airsoft clean and as good as new.
